With this method, we can treat cut flowers and unrooted cuttings for prolonged vase life, increased survival rate of cuttings, and better quality.

The magic of two technologies in symbiosis

We use vacuum infusion to impregnate cut flowers or cuttings with a nutrient solution. But not just any nutrient solution – we have developed a functionalized nutrient solution based on the third generation of nanotechnology. Vacuum enables the solution to impregnate as efficiently as possible, the solution itself is optimized to deliver the highest possible amount of nutrients.

In the case of our OptiBoost™ technology, the plant material is impregnated with liquid carefully designed to enrich the cut flower or cutting to support its optimal performance. The active ingredients are infused directly into the tissue of different organs: leaves, stems, and from there, they are easily accessible by the plant and utilized in the metabolic processes.

The results are higher quality, reduced waste, and increased sales. We are also new ways for transportation of cut flowers, switching from air freight to sea freight.

OptiBoost for cut flowers

Cut flowers that have been treated with the OptiBoost™ technology gain several advantages. The most prominent one is that the life expectancy of the flowers is increased. After the process, they are boosted with energy and natural ingredients which makes them stay fresh longer in the vase. An OptiBoosted flower looks better for a longer time.

The system consists of one main unit and three chambers. A system of three chambers and one main unit can treat up to 40.000 roses/hour.

The system can be implemented for the use of flower growers, wholesalers, and retailers to create the optimal cut flower experience.

OptiBoost for cuttings

The OptiBoost technology uses vacuum impregnation (VI) to prolong the lifetime of plant cuttings prior to planting. There are numerous benefits for the forest and horticulture industry generated by the OptiBoost method including better rooting and stronger branching.

The system consists of one treatment unit and one control unit. The technology and the machine, used during the process are unique and designed for treating plant materials like forest cuttings, ornamental cuttings, and flower cuttings.
